From our EziBuy family to yours, we sincerely hope that you and your families are safe and well.

EziBuy’s Online Store and Contact Centre (call free 1800 148 148) are now fully operational and able to supply our entire range to you.

We are very grateful for your continued support of EziBuy.

Delivering your order safely and promptly is always our goal however unfortunately service levels have been impacted by the lockdown. There may be some disruption and delays in delivering orders and with the processing of returns during this period as detailed below.


Orders & Dispatches

EziBuy holds stock to supply Australian orders in both its Australian and New Zealand Distribution Centres. Whilst the Australian Distribution Centre has remained open throughout, the New Zealand Distribution Centre (NZDC) has only recently reopened. For items that are shipped from New Zealand to fulfil an Australian customer order, there may be some delays in the delivery of orders.


Click & Collect

Our ‘Click & Collect’ service across Australia will remain unavailable until further notice.



We have extended our Returns timeframe from 30 to 60 days to assist you. This will remain in place.


Refunds and Exchanges

All Returns are processed at our New Zealand Distribution Centre (NZDC). Now the NZDC is fully operational, we are working through the Returns and Exchanges as quickly as we are able, however it may take a few weeks to clear the backlog. We apologise for any inconvenience.


Delivery delays

Our contactless courier delivery service is experiencing some delays. This will remain the situation for another few weeks.
