Under COVID-19 Level 2 (NZ regulations)

We know you’re waiting patiently to receive your new purchase from us, however we are experiencing delays.

The delays are due to a combination of factors: the adoption of new COVID-19 safety working practices and social distancing requirements in our distribution centres, the significant increase in parcel volumes going through all courier networks in both NZ & Australia and an increase in our volume of online orders.

Rest assured we are doing everything we can to minimise the delays, and we ask you to bear with us during this challenging time. We are very grateful for your continued support and patience. Delivering your order safely and as promptly as possible is always our goal.

Returns

We have extended our returns timeframe from 30 to 60 days to assist you. This will remain in place until further notice.
