In order to provide the greatest range of products, some Next or Brand Partner items sold on this website are not stocked locally and as such we require additional time to deliver these products to you.
These items should arrive within approximately 10-14 working days. Next and some Brand Partner item are shipped internationally and will be sent in a separate parcel.
Please note that Next and Brand Partner products purchased cannot be delivered outside of Australia at this time.
Plastic gift cards purchased online or through our contact centre will be sent to the address indicated by you. The address must be in Australia. For security purposes, if you purchase more than one card at the same time, each card will be sent in a separate parcel. The delivery charge for plastic gift cards is $2.50 per card.
Delivery of plastic gift cards will usually take between 10 -14 working days. E-gift cards will be emailed to the recipient email address nominated by you on the next working day or the delivery date you specify during the purchase process, such delivery date to be no more than 30 days following purchase. E-gift cards cannot be delivered on the same day as purchase - delivery is available only from the following day after purchase.
Plastic gift cards will be activated on the day of purchase. E-gift cards will be activated on the valid delivery date you specify during the purchase process.
Priority Delivery
Priority delivery does not apply to personalised items. By selecting the priority delivery option within the shopping bag you are selecting to purchase your standard order items at priority delivery of $10, however your personalised gifts order will still be shipped separately from the rest of your order within 15 working days.
International Delivery
Personalised Gifts are not available to be shipped outside of Australia. If you are in New Zealand and would like to purchase a Personalised Gift, please visit our New Zealand website
Multiple Delivery Addresses
If you would like to send personalised gifts to different delivery addresses you will need to place these in separate orders. They will incur separate delivery fees for each order.
Returns Policy for Personalised Gifts
Our usual returns policy does not apply to personalised products, so please check all details carefully before ordering. Products will be produced exactly as you have stated including treatment of upper and lower cases. Any errors in personalisation details on your part will be your responsibility, and the personalised product cannot be returned to EziBuy for replacement or refund. If personalised products are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Amber Rose or By Fairfax & Roberts earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons, unless they are faulty. Faulty earrings can only be refunded if unworn and the labels are still attached.
Please allow 10-15 working days from the time you post your parcel for a refund to be processed by the bank if your earrings are faulty.
Large and oversized items have an additional freight fee. This fee varies by product - please refer to the individual product page to confirm the large delivery fee for a specific item.
When ordering large or oversized items, you will be charged a delivery surcharge for each large or oversized item in your order plus the $9.90 standard delivery fee.
Priority delivery is not available for large items. If you have both large items and normal sized items in your order, you may select priority delivery for your normal sized items but large items will still be sent in the standard delivery timeframe.
Large Item Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery currently provides parcel delivery within 10 working days for Australian residents.
Oversized Item Delivery
Oversized items cannot be delivered to a PO Box address. Oversized delivery timeframe is within 10 working days.
Store Pick-Up
Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate collection of Large and Oversized items to Australian Stores. Please call us on 1800 148 148 to arrange shipping by standard delivery.
International Delivery
Large and Oversized items are only available to be shipped within Australia.
