Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our Click & Collect delivery service to our customers at this time.

EziBuy’s Online Store and Contact Centre (call free 1800 148 148) remain open to take your orders for the entire EziBuy product range during the Covid-19 lockdown period. We are very grateful for your continued support of EziBuy. Delivering your order safely and promptly is always our goal however unfortunately service levels have been impacted by the lockdown. There may be some disruption and delays in delivering orders and with the processing of returns during this period as detailed below.
EziBuy holds stock to supply Australian orders in both its Australian and New Zealand Distribution Centres. Whilst the Australian Distribution Centre has remained open throughout, the New Zealand Distribution Centre (NZDC) has only just reopened after being closed from the start of the official NZ level-4 lockdown.
For items that are shipped from New Zealand to fulfil an Australian customer order, there may be some delays in the delivery of certain items because the NZDC can only ship orders classified as ‘essential orders’ until the New Zealand Level-4 lockdown restrictions are lifted. ‘Non-essential’ orders will be shipped from New Zealand once the Level-4 lockdown is lifted.
Our ‘Click & Collect’ service across Australia is currently unavailable.
Our upgraded contactless courier delivery network is experiencing some delays as couriers prioritise essential deliveries.
