COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Information produced by us on how to enter the competition and prizes for the competition form part of these terms. By entering the competition, you are deemed to accept these terms.
• Entry is open to all New Zealand and Australian residents, 18 years or over, who are current EziBuy customers and have an EziBuy customer number, excluding guest checkout users and employees or immediate family members of employees of the EziBuy Group.
• To enter the draw simply purchase a duvet cover set, bedcover or quilt set shown in the latest home catalogue (styles 215199, 221883, 207881, 203208, 220041, 220065, 182692, 186410, 219842, 221922, 221159, 221386, 198346, 215207) before midnight AEST 14 May 2019.
• Prize pack consists of 1 x Euro pillow cover set (choose from styles 219894, 150444, 181447, 184230, 209720, 200557, 209753), 1 x cushion (choose from styles 219982, 219884, 220897, 223509, 223500, 200552, 223369, 178539), 1 x throw (choose from styles 214490, 221162, 219946, 220889, 220240, 220242, 200551, 223373) and 1 x sheet set (choose from styles 215205, 215305, 215210, 140325, 182573, 182115, 172234, 209687), styles are subject to availability.
• There will be 10 winners drawn from Australia and New Zealand combined from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
• Competition ends at midnight AEST 14 May 2019.
• Prize winners will be randomly selected by EziBuy based on chance on 17 May 2019.
• Our determination of the prize winners will be final and binding, and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash or credit note.
• The prize winners will be notified via email. Prize winners must have a valid email address.
• The failure by a prize winner to claim the prize before 1 June 2019 will result in their prize being forfeited.
• We will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury (including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss) suffered or incurred by you (or any other person) as a result of or in connection with the competition or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and at any time, to replace or amend these terms or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition.
• You authorise us to collect and hold personal information, to be used to conduct the competition and for future promotional purposes. You understand that you have a right of access to, and may request correction of, personal information held by us about you, which you may exercise by contacting us at mail@ezibuy.com.au. Failure to provide the personal information requested on the entry form will result in the entry being invalid.
