As we have moved closer to winter, I find myself gravitating towards one colour in particular in my wardrobe. Grey is a great neutral tone that that is especially good for that time when the air is getting cooler and the days are getting shorter. Sort of an intermediary between the crisp whites of summer and the comforting cloaking blacks of winter.

Soft pastel greys make me feel warm and cosy – the perfect coloured cashmere to snuggle in to. I like to pair soft pastel grey with black, for the contrast between the colours.

Rather than going for head to toe black, I’ve been switching out some of my black clothes for dark greys. Rather than just keeping it all dark, I love pairing black and grey with something bright like an orange scarf or a cobalt necklace.

Tunics and sweaters are perfect for your winter wardrobe. Whether you’re into jeans, tailored trousers or leggings, you can mix and match to change up your look.

I love tailored grey trousers with a crisp white shirt for the office – it oozes effortless style while changing up the staple “black pants, white top” look. For a more casual look, these printed knit joggers are easily dressed up with a white shirt and heels, or dressed down with a statement tee and sneakers.
