Breast Cancer Cure is a charity that you have told us you’d like us to support. So we’re really excited and proud to show you that we listen, while supporting this truly worthwhile cause. And of course, it’s a perfect fit with our strong female customer base. Statistics state that one in nine women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in New Zealand; which means one woman every three hours will be diagnosed with breast cancer and we will lose two women per day to this tragic disease. EziBuy will help raise awareness and funds for BCC, which aims to find a cure by focusing on four key areas of work; early detection, predictive diagnosis, appropriate treatment and prevention. EziBuy has several mothers, daughters and sisters who shop with us, so our involvement is therefore directly helping find a cure for our customers that have been, or will be, affected. We also respect that BCC is a not-for-profit organisation that operates on a lean operation – meaning a high flow-through of money raised goes directly towards finding a cure.
