What keeps us ticking? What are our new year resolutions?
With the new year, it’s good to look at how we can improve our lifestyles whether or not it’s related to work or to our home-life and think about new year resolutions.
There are some people out there that turn their noses up at new year resolutions. Perhaps it’s because all year round you should be looking to improve yourself… Or perhaps they don’t want to be disappointed if they don’t succeed.

We say, let’s do it! So, with that in mind I’ve rounded up a couple of people in the office and asked them what there new year resolutions are. Here they are!
NEW YEAR RESOLUTION
“My new year resolution in 2016 was to read 50 books, which I smashed out of the park! This year I want to fit a special dress I have. Green tea, more veges and cut out chocolate”
“Meditate for 10 minutes every day”
“Sleep for at least 7 hours at night”
“Develop a daily reading habit”
“Flexible! I’d like to touch my toes by the end of 2017”
“I’d like to give back more to the community. There are people out there who are less fortunate than us, so I’d like to make more of an effort.”
“Fix my sewing machine and be more creative!”
Do our resolutions give you inspiration? In the past have you succeeded in completing your new years resolution?
In 2015, I had three – learn Spanish, get back into playing guitar and brush my teeth every day for a whole year. Easily I completed the latter in 2015 and at the end of 2016 I brought a guitar so I’m getting there! This year I hope to travel more and save more!
We’d love to know what your plans are for 2017. Let us know in the comments below what your new year resolutions are!
