Easy Workwear

You might remember this top from a previous post – Grid Print & Block Heels. It’s one of those tops I can’t stop wearing as it simply goes with everything! I’ve styled it to make it office friendly, paired with black trousers and a lightweight cardigan. Pieces like these are what makes dressing in the morning so much easier. They’re so easy to throw on and when you pick pieces from a trusted colour palette – you’re good to go!

Black trousers that fit well is something I always like to have in my wardrobe. I have at least three on rotation but this one from New Look is my current favourite. The pocket zipper detail just makes all the difference because they are functional pockets, perfect for mints and hair ties. The cardigan by Next has been great for the semi transitional weather we’ve been having. Some days just aren’t cold enough to bust out a heavy jumper. Watch this space for an upcoming post on sweaters coming up!

Of course we have to talk about the shoes! The Wide Fit Leather Hair Tassel Slippers in Feather make great flats for the office. They are also available in Cheetah print which would compliment a colour palette rich in warm earthy tones. If that’s your jam, check out this post on new season workwear.
