Autumn 2014 Colour Trends

Autumn at EziBuy sees some fantastic new shades and hues hitting the racks. We’ve showcased the three stand-out colours of the season below – take a read and tell us what you’ll be wearing.

Ink

If there’s one colour that’s taken over the Autumn collection at EziBuy, it’s Ink. A rich, dark blue, ink is the ideal colour for adding a bit of drama to your outfit.

Sophisticated and a bit mysterious, it’s a great statement colour – dramatic and classy without the harshness of black. For Autumn 2014 we’ve bought out a variety of garments and accessories in this colour.

In fact, our cover style for the new Autumn Edition 2 catalogue is the Emerge Leather Blazer in Ink. Other favourites in ink include the Blouse with Cami, the Short Sleeved Dress and the Crew Neck Cardigan – all from our label Capture.

Berry

An Autumn favourite, berry is back for the 2014 collection. You might also see this shade labelled as merlot, wine, bordeaux – anything that suggests the decadent, sumptuous dark puplish red associated with Autumn berries. Much of its appeal is that it pretty much goes with anything – plus it looks amazing paired with gold or rose gold jewellery.

You won’t struggle to find styles in this hue in the latest EziBuy collection – it appears on almost every page of the latest catalogues. For lazy days, we love the Emerge Drop Sleeve Knit. The cut is perfectly on trend, and it’s light enough to worn as a transitional piece between late Summer/Autumn.

Another favourite berry garment is the Emerge Coloured Slim Leg Jeans. Coloured denim jeans are a fun twist on the normal blue, and will perk up any outfit.

For sexy style, take a look at our bestselling Las Vegas Court Shoes, which now come in Wine.

And once the weather starts getting cooler, we’ll be wrapping up in the Lola Solid Scarf – available in Berry, Navy, Black, Emerald and Cobalt.

Mocha

Think chai lattes on a cool autumn morning, trees covered in browning leaves and hedgehogs scurrying around after acorns – is it any wonder that we associate Autumn with shades of brown? Mocha, also called Stone or Taupe, is one of our favourite Autumn neutrals.

The Capture Leather Blazer is a great investment piece – it’ll match just about anything, and it’s easy to dress up for work or dress down for a casual outing (just wear with jeans and flats and you’re good to go).

This Lasercut Zip Wallet is also a great find – we love the cute pattern! Pair with these Lille Ballet flats if you like doing matchy-match accessories.

Which colour is your favourite? Tell us below!
